I had a call from the police about stealing make-up. I didn't steel anything though I went to the station where there were two officers ready. '' I want my lawyer '' I said

I sighed as I saw Hayley walk into the police station.
"Not again!" I thought to her. I followed her inside and asked the guy at the desk what she was supposed to have done.

'' did you or did you not steal the mak-up at school? '' the officer asked me. '' no I thought that this was about the broken windows in the pancake house cause that was me but I never stole a damn thing '' I said.

I heard Hayley's voice, aswell as another man's voice. I started toward the door.
"No you don't miss." Said a security man, ushering me out of the door.
I sighed and ran to my car, I grabbed my pencil skirt suit and changed in the trees. I walked back into the police station. "I am Miss Williams' lawyer."
The guy led me through and I went to sit next to Hayley.

I looked at Becca. what the hell was she doing? '' this is my lawyer no we can talk '' I said

The officer grumbled something about thinking that I was better than him. I waited until he was out of the room.
"What were you thinking Hayles?" I asked." You get arrested for stealing make-up, but then confess to a totally different crime?"
I tried to stay mad, but it didn't work.

'' girl you think i would be that stupid? no one broke the windows at the pancake house.....yet '' I smiled then looked back. '' I don't know who stole the make-up but it sure wasn't me '' I said then looked at her outfit. '' is that my blouse... ? ''

'' I was looking for it for weeks though this ain't your jeans so don't look at it '' I said lying.

I laughed. "Hayles, I don't care that you're wearing my jeans. I dropped them in Music's litter bucket anyways."

'' such a shame there was only one little hole in it '' I smiled then looked back. '' when can we get outta here '' I asked her.

"ASAP." I laughed. "Well, how am I supposed to know? You have more lawyer training than me and you're still a schoolgirl."
The officer walked back in then and I straightened in my seat.
*Any ideas?* I thought to my sister.

'' yeah tell them that you only want to talk when they got evidence. '' I said smiling.

I laughed and made up a rule.
"My client is innocent, and until you have the sufficient evidence, under act 34 of the Trial and Prosecution, you cannot hold her here against her will. We are willing to let it drop if you release her immediatley." I said in a professional voice.

I was half-dragged into the police station and I saw to girls leaving, one had light blond hair, the other bright orange, they were sisters, I could tell. The police officer shoved me to the desk where he gave my name, where I lived and what -he thought- I'd done. "I want you to call my sister," I complained.

I saw the blond girl walk by, that was Zoe's sister, wasn't it? I pulled out my phone and sent Zoe from History class a text.

I'd gotten the text. I ran straight to the police station as fast as I could. What was going on? I ran inside and saw Beth at the desk. What's going on? I asked.

I saw zoe, on her way to the police station. I smiled.

"Zoe!" I groaned. "It wasn't me! I swear!"

Whoah Whoah, I believe you; You'dnever break the law, I know that. What is it they say you've done? I asked.

I struggled with the handcuffs, to no avail. "There were some guys outside a house I was walking past. The police turned up and the guys dumped everything on my. Graffiti, jewellery, i-pods, cameras, phones.."

I sighed. I believe you. What will it take to get you out of bother? I asked.

"I need to convince this bozo of it," I muttered. I took a deep breath. "Okay, my responsible adult is here." The guy dragged me into a small, black room with black walls and black chairs and a black table and a black floor. The only light thing was a light, funnily enough. They even had a black window. Of course, I knew they would. I'd watched too many bad sitcoms not to know that.

I sighed as I watched her be dragged off into the small room. I needed to think of some way to get her out of there, without letting her find out about vampires and without hurting anyone.But how?

"Miss," I heard someone say behind me. I looked back and he gestured for Zoe to follow.
