"So do you bowl often or are you just a natural athlete," she asked. She felt like being sarcastic today... She didn't know why.

Aria chuckled as her stomach growled. "I'm starving. Do you wanna share a pizza or something? I'll buy," she offered.

I chuckled. "Yes, I would like to share a pizza, and no, I'll buy. I'm the one who sucked at bowling, i can not suck at buying pizza." I smiled, not quite sure if it made sense.

"Honestly," Aria grumbled. "Fine, fine. No need to argue over who's buying the freakin' pizza."

I laughed and waited for her preference toward a pizza.

Aria shrugged. "Pepperoni with extra cheese," she said, making it sound like a question.

I laughed. "Coming right up." I wandered over to the counter, where you could order food or drinks. I ordered the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, paid and sat at the bar, waiting.

Aria smiled at him from the table. She looked down and saw that Novell was staring up at her with a little smile. Not ble to resist, she picked up the baby and kissed her nose.

I smiled back at Aria and looked back at the girl who handed the pizza to me on a plate. I hopped down off the stool and walked back to Aria, almost tripping on the step. I put it down on the table.

Aria snorted, watching Ollie come back with the pizza and almost trip. "What was that," she asked through her musical laughter. "And here I thought I was a klutz!" She pulled her knees up onto the chair next to her and layed the baby on her slanted legs.

I laughed. "There was a step that wasn't there when I went to get the pizza." I heard the song on the radio over the speaker. My favourite song. I wanted to get up and dance, but I decided that I didn't want to embarrass myself, so I just took a bite of pizza.

"I love this song," Aria said, grabbing a piece of pizza. She hummed along while eating.

I laughed and swallowed the pizza, my gaze drifting to Novell, who was laying on Aria's legs.

Aria swallowed her bite, took a sip of her Mountain Dew, and looked around curiously. She'd never really taken a good look around when she came in. After surveyying the building, her gaze found Ollie's face. He looked very pensive. "What are you thinking about," she asked simply.

"What? Oh, nothing really." I smiled and took another bite of pizza, looking at the table.

"Then smile," Aria insisted. "At least don't look so sad. A bowling alley is a fun place. Not a place for mopers," she said with a laugh.

I swallowed and grinned, a really cheesy grin. "Happy?" I asked, keeping the grin on my face and laughing.

Aria giggled and replied, "Much better." Hearing her mother laughing, Novell burst into laughter, too, oblivious to what she was even laughing at. Aria chuckled and kissed the baby's nose.

"Thanks," Aria said, looking up at him. "Ummm, I'd hope I'm good with her. I would much rather be a good mother than a bad one," she added with a small laugh.

"I think most mothers would," I laughed. I knew that my mother was not most mothers, so I didn't bring her into the equation.

"So how old are you," Aria asked. She assumed he was 18 or 19, but she'd been wrong before... Just not that often.

"I'm 15," she replied, biting her lip. "So did you move here recently or are you from here originally," she asked.
